Do you worry about being judged by others? Have you opened up to someone, only have your feelings minimized or dismissed entirely? You may have even started holding back parts of yourself in order to feel accepted.


If any of this sounds familiar, you're not alone. As someone with both professional and lived experience, I understand how important it is to feel like someone truly gets you. Together we’ll explore triggers for anxiety and depression and create strategies that will help you improve your overall quality of life. 


A typical therapy appointment with me starts with creating a place you feel comfortable and safe. This can include starting an appointment with a Mindfulness exercise, using fidgets or engaging in an activity you enjoy. I like to be open with clients by explaining why I ask certain questions or use certain interventions. 


In addition, I run a monthly consultation group for other providers who also primarily see Autistic and ADHD clients to keep up on the most up to date techniques and information.

I only see clients virtually and I am licensed to see people located anywhere in California. 


I do not do any formal testing or assessments for Autism or ADHD but rather work with you on helping with related diagnoses such as anxiety, depression and trauma. 


  1. The next step is to schedule a free phone consultation so we can briefly connect and see if we're a good fit.
  2. During the phone consultation, we’ll explore your goals, schedules and verify insurance information. 
  3. At the end of the phone consultation, we’ll schedule an appointment and you'll complete the intake paperwork. 
  4. In your first appointment, we’ll focus on building trust and identify how anxiety and depression impacts your life. 
  5. From there we'll focus on meeting your goals in a way that feels authentic to you. 


Monday: 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm 

Tuesday: 11:00 am – 6:00 pm

Wednesday: 11:00 am – 6:00 pm

Thursday: 11:00 am – 6:00 pm

Friday: 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm 

Saturday:  By Appointment

Sunday: Closed
