What is Body Doubling?

Body doubling is a productivity technique where a person works alongside another individual to stay focused and motivated.
The idea that having someone physically present while working can help reduce procrastination and increase accountability.
This method can be especially helpful for individuals with ADHD or other challenges related to maintaining concentration.

Do members work on the same task?

The presence of a body double doesn't necessarily mean that the two people are working on the same task; they might be engaged in different activities. The key is the shared environment, which can create a sense of mutual support and encouragement.

Is there talking or is it a quiet group?

It is a quiet group that focuses on task initiation and completion.

What does a typical appointment look like?

Each appointment, includes goal setting and a meditation lead by Danielle Goldman, LMFT.

When and where is the group held?

Groups are held on Wednesdays 10 am and Fridays at 11 am.
You must sign up at least 36 hours before
Groups are held on Zoom.

How much does the group cost?

$20 for 60 minutes
